All workshops, classes, and retreats are led by Vivian Leflore Mora. Vivian is a fine artist based in Houston, TX with a studio in Houston’s newest creative center, The Silos at Sawyer Yards. Vivian’s work is primarily abstract expression. ​Vivian’s work has been exhibited in group exhibitions and juried competitions throughout Texas.  She has garnered recognition and awards locally and nationally in the categories of non-objective abstract art; mixed media; and drawing. 

Abstract Painting & Collage

Open the gates on your creativity through abstract painting using mixed media - acrylic paint and collage! We’ll focus on the elements of visual language – line, shape, color, texture, pattern, value, etc. – and explore how these elements relate to one another within the boundaries of a painting to make unique, personal abstract compositions.*
